Däckverket expands agreement with Corvenia – from group reporting to operational control

Bård Myrstad

Däckverket, a customer of Corvenia since June 2026, has placed an additional order for Corvenia's module for operational business monitoring. Däckverket has previously been using Corvenia's AI-powered platform to automate internal group reporting – all companies in the group were connected the day after the agreement started. The operational monitoring initially covers 13 of the group's 18 workshops and gives Däckverket new opportunities to monitor its workshops, identify areas for improvement and manage a growing group.

Däckverket acquires and develops local tire repair shops around Sweden. Previously, information about the group's finances and daily operations was divided between different systems. Management could follow each repair shop's financial results, but group reporting and analysis of the operations behind the numbers required data extraction from multiple systems and manual compilations.

Since the summer of 2026, Däckverket has been using Corvenia for the group's financial reporting in 18 companies. During September, the workshop system DäckData was also connected. The first module for operational key figures is now in operation and covers 13 workshops. The remaining five workshops, which use EONTYRE, are planned to be connected in the next step.

The module provides management with a comprehensive follow-up of sales, order values, new and returning customers, and capacity and occupancy in the tire hotels. The information follows common definitions and is available on the same platform as the group's results, balance sheet and cash flow. This makes the affiliated workshops comparable and gives the finance function and operational management a common picture to make decisions based on.

– Corvenia gives us a common picture of the economy and operations that we previously lacked. We now see differences between the affiliated workshops, where there is free capacity and how customer development looks there. It shifts the focus from compiling information to discussing what to do with it. For us who both acquire and develop workshops, it is an important part of growing with control, says Dariush Ghatan, partner at Däckverket.

Corvenia has also streamlined internal group financial reporting. Previously, it required several days of manual work each month. By automating data collection, harmonization and consolidation, the platform has reduced the need for recurring compilations and freed up time for analysis, acquisition follow-up and strategic issues.

The tire repair shop became a Corvenia customer on June 30, 2026. The following day, all 18 companies were connected and the consolidated financial reporting was in place. The workshops have retained their existing financial systems. Corvenia uses AI, among other things, to suggest how local charts of accounts should be linked to the group's common chart of accounts, with review by the responsible controller.

– The Däckverket shows how our platform can develop together with the customer, from financial group reporting to a tool for the ongoing management of the business. The fact that the same data base is now used by both the finance function and the operational management shows the breadth of Corvenia's offering and is an important step in our continued growth in the Nordics, says Bård Myrstad, CEO and co-founder of Corvenia.

Priority Impact is strategic advisor to Corvenia in connection with the company's establishment and continued expansion in Sweden.
